The release of such an area of land was based on the results of a survey conducted by the Land Bank Agency because previously there were claims of land ownership by residents
Penajam (Rifyu.com) – The Land Bank Agency has identified around 1,800 hectares of land out of 4,162 hectares taken over by the state from the former land use rights (HGU) of PT Triteknik Kalimantan Abadi (TKA) in North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province, which is under development. The new Indonesian National Capital (IKN) is named Nusantara.
“The former PT TKA HGU land was taken over by the state, then handed over to the Land Bank Agency for management,” said Deputy for Strategic Planning and Land Acquisition of the Land Bank Agency, Perdananto Aribowo, at Penajam, Friday.
The Land Bank Agency will identify 1,800 hectares of land out of 4,162 hectares to be handed over to residents, he continued, because there is recognition of land ownership by residents.
“The release of such an area of land was based on the results of a survey conducted by the Land Bank Agency because previously there were claims of ownership of residents’ land,” he explained.
An area of 1,800 hectares will be released to the public, and 2,362 hectares for the location of the central government’s plan to build Naratetama Airport (very very important person/VVIP) for IKN Nusantara.

“Then for the benefit of the government, national development and economic equity,” he said.
PT TKA’s land (HGU) in North Penajam Paser Regency was taken over by the state after the use permit expired in 2019, and at that time it was declared as abandoned land.
Based on HGU Decree (Decree) Number 141-HGU-BPN RI-1997/10 November 1997 issued by the National Land Agency or BPN RI, PT TKA received an HGU land area of 4,346.05 hectares.
The entire HGU land belongs to the Gersik, Jenebora, Pantai Lango and Riko Villages of Penajam District and Maridan Village, Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency
The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) re-measured PT TKA’s former HGU land and the land area was reduced to 4,162 hectares.
“The re-measurement is in accordance with the HPL Decree (land management rights), and the Ministry of ATR/BPN will hand over the land management rights of PT TKA’s ex-HGU to the Land Bank Agency in 2022,” said Perdananto Aribowo.
The Land Bank Agency formed a joint team to accelerate land management and handover of land for agrarian reform over land bank management rights.
The joint team consisted of the North Penajam Paser District Government, as well as the District Attorney, Resort Police, Military District Command 0913 and the local National Land Agency.
