Meanwhile, an economic observer from the Denpasar National Education University (Undiknas) Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Raka Suardana suggested that in the long term the payment of a direct arrival visa or Visa on Arrival (VoA) is more expensive so that the option of retribution is imposed on foreign tourists coming to Bali to support tourism. quality.

Apart from that, he said, to deal with the large number of troubled foreign tourists in Bali, it requires the support of the community to jointly participate in maintaining order.

“Like in Singapore, there is order because the people are also orderly. We in Bali also have to be like that, the risk of living in a tourism area cannot be arbitrary, we have to set an example,” he said.
