Cloudy skies to cloudy skies dominate Indonesia’s weather conditions – Rifyu.com

Jakarta (Rifyu.com) – The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts cloudy to sunny cloudy weather conditions will dominate almost all major cities in Indonesia.

Based on the official BMKG website quoted in Jakarta, Thursday, it reported cloudy weather in the morning with the potential to occur in Central Jakarta, Pontianak, Palangka Raya, Tarakan, Pangkal Pinang, Bandar Lampung, Ambon, Kupang, Jayapura, Mamuju, Makassar and Padang.

Meanwhile, cloudy weather conditions are predicted for Medan, Palembang, Manado, Kendari, Manokwari, Mataram, Ternate, Pangkal Pinang, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Semarang, Bandung, Jambi, Gorontalo, Yogyakarta, Bengkulu, Denpasar and Banda Aceh.

Meanwhile, most big cities only have the potential for light rain starting from Serang and Surabaya, and only Pekanbaru is expected to be foggy on Thursday morning.

Moving towards noon, according to the BMKG forecast, cities that were cloudy and sunny will be showered with light to heavy rain.

Cloudy skies have the potential to only occur in six cities, namely Surabaya, Tarakan, Jayapura, Pekanbaru and Palembang. The forecast for cloudy weather with the potential to be cloudy are Kendari, Makassar, Ternate, Bandar Lampung, Pangkal Pinang, Samarinda, Palangka Raya, Banjarmasin, Semarang and Denpasar.

Light rain is forecast for Medan, Padang, Manado, Kupang, Mataram, Ambon, Tanjung Pinang, Pontianak, Gorontalo and Central Jakarta.

Moderate rain conditions have the potential to occur in Moderate, Bengkulu, Bandung, Manokwari and Mamuju. Meanwhile, heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected in Jambi, Yogyakarta and Banda Aceh.

According to the BMKG weather forecast, the weather at night tends to be cloudy and only a small portion of the weather in big cities has the potential to rain.

Cloudy weather is forecast for Banda Aceh, Denpasar, Serang, Bengkulu, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Tanjung Pinang, Ambon, Mataram, Kupang, Jayapura, Manokwari, Makassar, Kendari, Manado and Palembang.

Meanwhile, light rain has the potential to occur in Medan, Padang, Mamuju, Samarinda, Palangka Raya and Bengkulu. The forecast for moderate rain is only in Bandung, then heavy rain in Ternate and Banjarmasin.

Throughout Thursday (27/4), BMKG predicts the temperature will be in the range of 20 to 35 degrees Celsius with humidity in the range of 55 to 100 percent.
