Jakarta (Rifyu.com) – An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 shook Jailolo, West Halmahera Regency, North Maluku (Malut) Province, on Sunday (30/4) at 23.29 WIB or Monday morning (01/5) WITA.
The Meteorology, Climatology and Geography (BMKG) recorded the earthquake was centered in the sea with a depth of 10 kilometers. The location of the earthquake was 1.37 north latitude and 126.38 east longitude or 125 km northwest of Jailolo-Malut.

On Sunday night, an earthquake also hit several areas in the country. An earthquake measuring 3.5 magnitude, for example, rocked Toli-Toli, Central Sulawesi, at 22:25 WIB. The location of the earthquake which was centered in the sea with a depth of 10 km was at 1.09 north latitude 121.01 east longitude or 36 km northeast of Toli-Toli.
Another earthquake also occurred in Lumajang, East Java, with a magnitude of 3.3 at 21:46 WIB. The epicenter occurred in the sea with a depth of 10 km. The location point is at 9.16 south latitude and 113.14 east longitude or 114 km southwest of Lumajang.
