Medan (Rifyu.com) – The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that on the first day of Ramadhan or Thursday (23/3) some areas in North Sumatra will receive light to heavy rain.

BBMKG Region I Medan forecaster Endah Paramita in Medan, Wednesday, said that some areas in North Sumatra on Thursday (23/3) will receive light to heavy rain in the afternoon, afternoon and evening.

In the afternoon and evening there is potential for light to heavy rain in Langkat, Deli Serdang, Binjai, Medan, Dairi, Pakpak Bharat, Samosir, Toba, North Tapanuli, South Tapanuli, Padang Sidempuan, Padang Lawas and Padang Lawas Utara.

In the evening light to heavy rain in the Langkat, Deli Serdang, Karo, Dairi, Pakpak Bharat, Samosir, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, South Tapanuli, Padang Sidempuan, Padang Lawas, North Padang Lawas, Labuhanbatu, Labura, Labusel, Madina, Asahan areas , Simalungun, and Pematang Siantar

Early morning is cloudy and has a chance of moderate rain in Samosir, Toba, Mandailing Natal, Padang Sidempuan, Toba, Padang Lawas, North Padang Lawas.

The air temperature is 16.0-32.0 Degrees Celsius, the humidity is 65-98 percent and the wind blows from the Northeast-Southeast with a speed of 10-30 km/hour.
