Rifyu.com – PT. PLN Main Unit for the West Nusa Tenggara Region succeeded in reducing the index for the duration of power outages or System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) to 250.28 minutes per customer in 2022, with an outage frequency System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) is smaller, namely 3.74 times per year for each customer. This achievement is proof that PLN’s performance is getting better.
