The format used in the 2023 PMSL SEA SPRING carries a new form, especially in qualifying teams that are entitled to the opportunity to compete. This time the 2023 PMSL SEA SPRING will be divided into four match weeks with three weeks being the League phase and one week being the Finals phase.
The League phase will take place from March 22 to April 9 2023 which will be attended by 20 participating teams from all over Southeast Asia. Then only the best 16 teams will be able to qualify for the Finals phase which will be held from April 14 to April 16 2023. In this tournament Indonesia sent six teams to the 2023 PMSL SEA SPRING namely Alter Ego Ares, Bigetron Red Villains, Persija EVOS, BOOM Esports , RRQ, and Voin Esports. They all competed to be able to win a total prize of USD 250,000 or the equivalent of IDR 3.8 billion.
